I was born in Scottsburg Indiana in 1973. I Graduated from Salem High School in 1992. Married Cheryl Taylor in 1993. Graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service in 1996. My daughter Emily was born in 1996. My son Evan was born in 1999. I am a Past Master of Salem Lodge #21, Past Patron of Salem Chapter #286, and a member of York Lodge #512. An active member in the Exchange Club of Salem and the Salem Lions Club.
