When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. May you take comfort in knowing that you have Amber to watch over you now. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Kenny & Diane, and the rest of the family:

My deepest and sincere condolences to you for Amber's passing. I recall my pre-teen years when I attended services and VBS at First Baptist and recall Amber's delightful personality. She loved Jesus. I always remember her singing Jesus Loves Me.

I know that it probably doesn't feel like a "good" Friday, but on this day as we commemorate the Good Friday, on the day Christ gave His life, we have this blessed hope that Amber sang about: "Jesus Loves Me." At 3pm the funeral service for your dear daughter and loved one began, and at 3pm (the ninth hour) two thousand years ago, Jesus died on the cross. Three days later, He arose from the dead.

I pray that in the days to come that this hope will rest on you, a very ancient Christian hymn: "Christ is risen from the dead, trampling down death by His own death. And upon those in the tombs bestowing life."

I know your hearts may be hurting, I pray the peace of Christ on you and the hope of seeing her again. Amber is more alive than any of us are.

I wish I could have been there to celebrate her life and relationship to Christ.

Blessings of Christ be with you,
+ Elijah John
