About Us

Hughes-Taylor Funeral Homes, Inc. was established when John Hughes and Dwayne E. Taylor purchased Hollis Funeral Home from Ed Hollis in 1974. Ed Hollis purchased the Smith Funeral Home in 1949 from George Smith. The Smith Funeral Home was established in 1842.
