Obituary

Linda Sue Holt, age 70, of Salem passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Westminster Healthcare in Clarksville.  Born April 5, 1952 in Pekin, she was the daughter of the late Lovell and Ethel Sanders.

Linda worked at Smith Cabinet for several years before returning to school to pursue a nursing career.  She graduated from Ivy Tech and worked many years as an LPN in various long term care facilities.

She is survived by 2 children: Angela Layton and Derek Dotson; niece Kristy Sanders; 6 grandchildren: Anthony Jr., Justice, Olivia, Bianca, Jamie, and Isaiah; and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lovell and Ethel Sanders; and son Anthony Dotson.

Direct cremation was chosen; Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with funeral care.
