Jody Terrell

Jody “Bones” Terrell of Pekin, Indiana passed away on October 27, 2022, at Salem Hospital. He was born on November 18, 1963, to Ronald and Wanda (Fleming) Terrell. He was 58. Jody married Jennifer (Ward) Terrell on July 30th, 2022. They shared a very special and happy time together.

He is Survived by his wife Jennifer, three daughters Rachel (Donnie) Kimmey, Ashlee (Bill) Kniesly, and Rebecca Terrell. His grandchildren Miranda, Gavin, Myleigh, Reid, Adrianna, and Jameson. Surviving also by his mother Wanda (Fleming)Terrell of Pekin, his brother Todd (Amy) Terrell of Pekin. Many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 22 years Diana (Stutz) Terrell and his Dad Ronald C. Terrell.

Jody was a kind, loving, generous person. He loved his family and close friends with all his heart.  He loved working on classic cars, riding his motorcycle, camping, and kicking it up with friends. He was a talented tattoo artist and painter.  He brought so much joy and laughter to so many people, he truly will be missed.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home-Salem Chapel.  Visitation will be held Saturday, October 29, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.  Burial to follow in Swayback Cemetery.
