David Gray Obituary

David B. Gray, age 71, of Salem, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born February 12, 1951 in Pekin, he was the son of the late Bruce M. Gray and Naomi (Coats) Gray.

David served 6 years in the Army National Guard; was retired from JayC Stores in Salem; and was a landlord.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Naomi Gray; wife, Connie Gray; sons, Troy Gray and Ryan Gray; and grandson, Darren Gray.

He is survived by a grandson, Stephen T. Gray; and companion, Susan Howell.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home-Salem Chapel with Tom Fultz officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 9, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
