Darrell Losson Obituary

Darrell Gene Losson, age 67, of Borden, Indiana passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at University of Louisville Hospital. Born March 8, 1954 in Salem, he was the son of the late Norman Bud Losson and Wilma (Campbell) Losson. On November 26, 1998, he married Brenda (Brough) (Harrell) Losson who survives.

Darrell was retired from Kimball International with over 30 years of service; he attended Northside Christian Church in New Albany and was a dedicated volunteer with the Emmaus Walk and Residents Encounter Christ programs.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Wilma Losson, and 1 brother, David Losson.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Losson; 2 stepsons: Jason Harrell and Jared Harrell; 2 daughters: Rachel and Carly; 1 brother: Danny Losson; 2 sisters: Diana Thrasher and Darla Shaffer; and 2 grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home-Pekin Chapel with Bro. Donnie Whitlow officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Martinsburg Cemetery.
