William "Billy" Spears, 55, of Salem, passed away June 27, 2025 at University of Louisville Hospital. He was born on December 7, 1969 in Seymour, Indiana.
Billy was formerly employed at Dorel of Columbus with 33 years of service.
Survivors include 3 children: Corey Wayne Spears, Krystal Spears, and Joseph "Joey" Edward Spears; mother, Phyllis Spears; brother, Jason Spears (Deanna); 2 sisters: Angela Kay Taylor and Kellie Jo Gullett (Ray); several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Wayne Spears.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
