Wanda Louise (Brewer) Alred

Wanda Louise Alred, age 80, of Salem, passed away on October 12, 2014 at her residence. She was born on May 1. 1934 in Salem, Indiana. She was a member of the Salem Church of God. She was retired from O.P. Link Handle, and formerly employed at Baird Mobile Homes in Salem. Survivors include: 1 daughter, Sharon (Garry) Byerly of Salem; 2 brothers, Arley (Barbara) Brewer of Oklahoma and Larry (Charlotte) Brewer of Arizona; 1 sister, Shirley Maack of Salem; 2 grandchildren, Kelly (Tommy) Revard and Keith (Angel) Byerly; 5 great grandchildren, Gillian Revard, Kaitlyn Revard, Kaedyn Byerly, Koltyn Byerly, and Kennedy Byerly; ex-husband, Noble Elliott. Preceded in death by: parents, Arley Brewer and Dorothy (Nicholson) Brewer; husband, Jack Alred; 1 grandson, Kevin Patton. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 9:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home on Thursday.
