Virginia (Wyman) Carter

Virginia (Wyman) Carter, age 90, of Borden, Indiana passed away on March 17, 2017 at The Villages at Historic Silvercrest in New Albany. Born on February 7, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Emerson C. Wyman and Maggie (Norris) Wyman. Virginia was retired from Kimball's. She was a member of the Borden Church of Christ. Survivors include a son, J. Michael Carter and his wife, Melva of Borden; daughter, Brenda F. Miller and husband David of Greensburg; 4 grandsons and 11 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Jesse M. Carter. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Borden Church of Christ. Viewing will be Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service at the church. Ray Weatherford will officiate.
