He is survived by several cousins.
Proceeded in death by; mother, Ammie D. Boling.
A Memorial Service will be at 3:00 PM Sunday October 21, 2012 at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until time of service Sunday October 21, 2012 at the funeral home.
