Shirley Ann (Edmondson) Moore

Shirley Ann Moore, age 73, of Salem, Indiana, passed away Thursday February 28, 2019 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. Born on December 23, 1945 in Salem, she was the daughter of the late James Clyde Edmondson and Gladys (Heath) Edmondson.

Shirley was formerly employed with P&I Medical Transport.

She is survived by, 2 sons, C.H. Trew and Gregory Trew; 2 daughters, Tammy T. Trew and Jennifer Trew-Thompson; 2 brothers, J.C. Edmondson and Randel Edmondson; sister, Lottie Edmondson; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands, Henry Lee Trew and Michael Moore.

The funeral service will be Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be Monday from 4-8 PM, and Tuesday from 12:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. Brother Mike Toliver will officiate.
