Shirley Balmer, age 77, Pekin, Indiana, passed away Sunday September 29, 2019 at Salem Crossing. Born on August 23, 1942 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late John L. Balmer and Annie (Sorg) Balmer.
The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Pekin. Viewing will be Wednesday from 9:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Atkins Chapel Cemetery in Floyds Knobs. Brother Bill Champion will officiate.
