Sheila C. (Blackman) Danner

Sheila C. Danner, age 82, of Borden, passed away April 21, 2014 at her daughters residence. . Born on December 12, 1931 in Borden, she was the daughter of the late Vernon L. Blackman and Maude G. (Brough) Blackman. On December 8, 1951 she married Robert F. Danner. She was a retired Secretary with the Wm. H. Borden High School. She was a member of the Borden Church of Christ. She attended Borden Community Church and Safe Harbor Christian Church of Memphis. Survivors include: 1 daughter, Stacey R. (Shawn) Carver of Memphis, IN.; 1 sister, Selma F. (Bruce) Martin of Beaumont, TX.; 1 grandson, Cody Carver; 1 niece, Kimberly Walker. Preceded in death by her husband. The funeral service will be at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden. Viewing will be from 1:00 PM until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
