Robert J. Wolfe, Jr.

Robert J. Wolfe, Jr., age 91, formerly of Salem, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Indian Creek Nursing Facility in Corydon.  Born October 27, 1930 in Salem, he was the son of the late Robert J. Wolfe, Sr. and Emily (King) Wolfe.

Robert was a retired Army veteran having served 2 tours in Korea, receiving Silver Star and Purple Heart medals; he was a member of Buckhead Ridge Baptist Church in Florida; and was a life member of the American Legion in Liberty, Indiana.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by wife, Audrey Wolfe; wife, Louise Williams; son, Eugene Wolfe; 1 brother: Deman Wolfe; and 2 sisters: Bernice McClellan and Haskel Shear.

Graveside services with full military honors will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Sims Brier Cemetery near Liberty.
