Robert "Jay" Norris

Robert "Jay" Norris, age 67 of Pekin, Indiana, passed away Friday December 2, 2016 at his residence. Born on September 22, 1949, he was the son of the late Robert William Norris and Marietta Cook Norris. Jay was a member of Southern Hills Church in Salem. He was an owner of Norris Insulation & Maintenance. He was a life long member of the NRA, and a member of the Washington County FOP. Survivors include his wife, Dianna Norris; son, Eric Paul Norris; daughter, Deena Nicole Green; brother, William "Bill" Norris; sisters, Mary Elizabeth "Buffy" Gibson & Shanda Morris; 5 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Pekin. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Washington Cemetery.
