Rex Goins

Rex Goins, age 61, of Salem, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  Born April 18, 1960, he was the son of the late Jack Goins and Hazel (Tompkins) Goins.

Rex was a former employee of Tecumseh and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pekin.

He is survived by a son, Benny Bartlett, and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Winslow Cemetery with Tom Fultz officiating.

Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with funeral care.
