Survivors include: 2 brothers, Roy E (Peggy) Bundy of Salem, and Ralph E. (Marilyn) Bundy of Vallonia; 1 sister, Roberta E. (James Roy) Box of Williams, Indiana.
Preceded in death by: parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
