Raymond Bierly

Raymond Bierly, age 63, of Salem, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Salem Crossing.  Born July 16, 1960, he was the son of Donna Huffines and the late Lowell Bierly.

He was formerly employed with Kimball International in Borden with over 22 years of service, and retired from IDX in Jeffersonville with 10 years of service.

Raymond is survived by his mother, Donna Huffines; 2 children: Laura Kustes (Brian) and Sarah Bierly; 1 brother, Mel Bierly (Ginnie); 4 sisters: Debbie Hein, Teresa Closs (Jack), Cathy Beams, and Christy Barron (Brad); and 1 grandchild, Connor Kustes.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lowell Bierly.

Service will be held on Monday, August 21, at 2:00 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home - Pekin Chapel, with burial to follow at Martinsburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Monday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
