Ralph Edward Young

Ralph Edward Young, age 62, of Pekin, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Ascension St. Vincent Salem Hospital.  Born June 21, 1959, he was the son of the late Donald Anthony Young and Carlie A. Bedford (Hall).  In June 1989, he married Cherri (Cox) Young who survives.

Ralph was retired from Netshape Technologies; he loved to hunt and fish.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Carlie, and a granddaughter.

He is survived by his wife, Cherri; 5 sons: Christopher Lee Hart, James Anthony Hart, Jered Alan Hart, Logan Edward Young, and Donald Anthony Young; 4 brothers: Donald Young, Paul Young, Kenny Young, and Tommy Walther; 1 sister: Debbie Davidson; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Olive Branch Cemetery.
