Phyllis Coats age 81 died on December 13, 2009 at Kirkwood, Missouri. Born: January 27, 1928, she was the daughter to the late Charles Henry Prien and Alma Marie Wegner. She was married 59 years to Norman Coats who survives. She was a longtime member of the choir at the First Presbyterian Church in Kirkwood. Other survivors include 2 Sons: Tim (Mary Jeanne) O'Keefe, and Paul (Ellen) Needle. 1 Daughter: Janet (Robert) Verbarg. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at the Swayback Cemetery near Borden.
