Paul Standiford

Paul E. Standiford, age 79, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on December 13, 2017 at his residence. Born on October 2, 1938 in Borden, indiana, he was the son of the late Homer L. Standiford & Elsie E. (Bundren) Standiford. Paul was a retired employee of Haas Cabinet Company in Sellersburg, retiring after 25 years of service, & did roofing with his brothers. He was a life long resident of Clark & Washington County. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine (Minton) Standiford of Borden, Indiana; 2 daughters, Julie Brummett of Borden, Indiana & DeAnnda (Dee) Brading of Memphis, Indiana; 2 sons, Jeremy Rogers of New Mexico, & William Kearney of Charlestown, Indiana; 3 sisters, Barbara Snelling of Borden, Indiana, Betty Temple of Seymour, Indiana, & Martha Caudill of Seymour, Indiana; 5 brothers, Herman Standiford of South Carolina, Allen Standiford of New Albany, Indiana, Bruce Standiford of Pekin, Indiana, Mark Standiford of Borden; 8 grandchildren. The funeral service will be at 5:00 PM Saturday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden. Viewing will be from 2:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please made donations to the funeral home to help with expenses, or at the New Washington State in Borden.
