Paul Junior Jackson

Paul Junior Jackson, age 92, of Pekin Indiana, passed away Saturday October 5, 2019 at his residence. Born on January 28, 1927 in Borden, Indiana, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Dora Jackson.

Junior was a WW II Army Veteran. He was a retired iron worker with American Standard.

He is survived by his wife, Geneva (Atkins) Jackson; 4 children, Tony Jackson, Sherry Butler, Joyce Owens, and Paula Anne Jackson; 4 step children, Darlinia Rickert, Carolyn Sanders, Brenda Fitzpatrick, and Dennis Sanders; 18 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents; 3 sons; 11 brothers and sisters.

The funeral service will be Wednesday at 1:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Pekin. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 PM, and Wednesday from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Olive Branch Cemetery with military honors. Brother Randy Albertson will officiate.
