Patrick Ray Carey, age 62 of Salem, passed away May 4, 2016 at Hosparus In Patient Care Unit of Louisville. He was born on January 12, 1954 in Salem Indiana.
Patrick was an Army Veteran.
Survivors include: 2 brothers, Mike Carey and Eddie Carey both of Salem; sister, Linda Carey of Salem.
Preceded in death by: parents, Cecil B. Carey and Ruth L. (Stivers) Carey; sister, Melissa Carey.
The memorial service will be at 11:00 AM Friday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Friday until time of service at the funeral home.
The family has requested not flowers.
