Patricia "Patti" Worman

Patricia "Patti" Worman, age 71, of Pekin passed away Friday, July 4, 2025 at Norton Clark Hospital.  Born February 27, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Lydell Hardesty and Ida (Bailey) Hardesty.

Patti was a homemaker and was previously employed at Home Depot.

She is survived by her husband, James Worman; 3 children: Becki Kelly, Kerry Smith, and Bebop Burdin; 1 brother: Charles Hardesty; 2 sisters: Linda Shepherd and Jo Ann Wick; 5 grandchildren: Cody Reas, Cameron Reas, Marrisha Smith, Demetreaus Smith, and Justice Burdin; and 7 great grandchildren: Adrianna Reas, Tristen Allen, Isabella Dawley, Grayson Young, Elias Smith, Alize Reas, and Jayla Walker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lydell and Ida Hardesty; 1 brother: Bobby Hardesty; and 1 sister: Margie Coulter.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home-Pekin Chapel.  Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.  Burial to follow in Martinsburg Cemetery.
