Pamela Trainor

Pamela M. Trainor, 64, of Pekin, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.  Born January 13, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Bobbie Jean Cosby.  On January 30, 1981, she married Jeff Trainor, who survives.

Pamela was a teacher’s aid at East Washington Middle School.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Jeff; her 3 children: Luke Trainor (Melinda), Trevor Trainor (Megan Fordyce), and Jed Trainor; a brother, David Cosby; 3 sisters: Debbie Bottorf, Diana Jacobs, and Karen Hobson; and 4 grandchildren: Hunter Trainor, Sophia Trainor, Bailey Trainor and Maveryk Trainor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Bobbie Jean; and a brother, Steve Cosby.

A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, at 6 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home – Pekin Chapel, with Brother Wayne Adams officiating.  Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, April 9, from 4 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
