Nellie Faye Spaulding

Nellie Faye Spaulding, age 99, of Salem passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Diversicare of Providence in New Albany.  Born June 2, 1922 in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Romie Early, Sr. and Stella Hopkins Early.

Nellie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Spaulding; daughter, Brenda Spaulding; son, Jimmy Spaulding; 4 brothers; and 4 sisters.

She is survived by 1 brother, Romie Early, Jr., and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery.
