Maxine (Oliver) Morris

Maxine Morris, age 86, of Salem, passed away June 3, 2012 at the Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Born on May 2, 1926 in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Howard Oliver and Clara (Loyd) Oliver. On February 17, 1945, she married Reginald Morris, he procedes her in death. She was retired from Link Handle where she worked in the payroll department. She was a member of the High Street Church of Christ in Salem. Survivors include; 1 son, David J. Morris of Pekin; Lisa Voyles of Salem; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Proceded in death by; husband, 1 sister. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 Tuesday and from 9 am Wednesday until time of service at the funeral home.
