Mary Elizabeth (Mull) Beckett

Mary Elizabeth Beckett, Age 77, of Sellersburg, formally of Borden, passed away Saturday September 10, 2011 at the Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany. Born on April 29, 1934 in Borden, she was the daughter of the late John Arthur Mull and Bessie Mae Borders Mull. On March 2, 1956 she married Robert John Beckett, who procedes her in death. She was retired from Smith Cabinet Company. She was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include; 2 sons, Terry Dewayne Beckett of Pekin and Randall David Beckett of Sellersburg; 2 daughters, Robin Kim Underwood of Louisville and Karen Elizabeth Hendrickson of Columbus; 8 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Proceded in death by 2 brothers. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Monday and after 9 AM Tuesday at the funeral home. Jeff Turner will officiate. Burial will be at Daisy Hill Cemetery in Borden. Online expressions www.hughestaylor.net
