Marcia Vickers

Marcia (Kopp) Vickers, age 61, of Salem, passed away on November 23, 2025 at her residence.

Marcia was born on December 17, 1963 in Salem, Indiana to the late Edgar Kopp Jr. and Margaret (Strange) Kopp. She was a caretaker at Hoosier Uplands and Older Americans.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Vickers, whom she married on July 31, 1998; 6 children: Russell Vickers, Christopher Vickers, Sandra Vickers, Christina Fouchee, Nicole Vickers, and Ricky Vickers Jr.; 1 brother, Michael Nicholson; 3 sisters: Sharon Childress, Karen Yeary, Wendy Short; and 15 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Kopp and Margaret (Strange) Kopp.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home-Salem chapel. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. til the time of the funeral service. Burial will take place at Livonia Cemetery.
