Lily Anne Calvin age 5 months of Salem, died December 30, 2010 at her residence. She was born on July 21, 2010 at Scottsburg. Survivors include; parents, Joshua Calvin and Jessica (White) Calvin of Salem; brother Kai Calvin of Salem; sister Tatiana Calvin of Salem; maternal grandmother, Kelly Clark of Canada; paternal grandparents, Daniel and Melissa Calvin of Salem; maternal great grandmother, Mildred Van Valkenburgh of Connecticut; paternal great grandmothers, Alice Smith and Carole Elliott both of Salem; several aunts and uncles. Proceded in death by one grandfather and two great grandfathers. The graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday January 5, 2011 at the Coventer Cemetery. Brother Rodney Wineinger will officiate.
