Larry Joe Williams

Larry Joe Williams, age 49, of Salem, passed away November 11, 2013 at his residence. Born on April 19, 1964 in McDowell, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Wayne Williams and Mary (Scalf) Williams. He was a graduated from Salem High School in 1982. He attended Ball State University. He was employed with Blue River Industries. He was a member of Mt. Tabor Christian Church. Survivors include: 1 son, Connor Williams of Salem; 1 daughter, Courtney Williams of Salem; 2 brothers, John (Tina) Williams  of Salem and Donald Williams of Salem; 2 sisters, Delynn Williams-Allen of Ohio and Beth Mitchell of Arizona; Several nieces and nephews; former wife, Mia Williams of Salem. The funeral service will be Thursday at 8:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. There will be a private burial at Mount Cemetery on Friday. Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. www.hughestaylor.net
