Joyce Marie Whitlow, age 58, of Pekin, Indiana passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. Born July 18, 1962 in Union, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Walter Merfert and Barbara (Stecher) Merfert.
Joyce was a customer service representative at Char-Broil in Jeffersonville and was a United States Navy veteran.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie G. Whitlow; 3 children: Paul Vernal Whitlow, Kyle Anthony Whitlow, and Jessica Renee Phillips; 2 brothers: Walter Merfert and Tom Merfert; 1 sister: Debra Merfert-Lilley; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grand children.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation was chosen; Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
