John Allen Hapenny

John Allen Hapenny, age 40 of Salem, Indiana, passed away on March 29, 2011 at his residence. Born on January 20, 1971, he was the son of the late John David Hapenny and Alice (Sower) Taylor. He was a former Sous Chef at the Terre Haute Country Club. Survivors include: Fiancee, Dana Blevins of Salem; 2 sons, Shawn and Shane Hapenny of Terre Haute, Indiana; 2 daughters, Brittany (Adam) Hobbs of Salem and Shay Mull of Salem; one brother, James Shell of Terre Haute; 1 grandchild, Ty Hobbs of Salem. Proceded in death by parents and 1 brother. Cremation was chosen. Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
