John Mark Baker

John Mark Baker, age 57, of Salem, Indiana passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital.  Born September 28, 1962 in Wabash, Indiana, he was the son of Verlin and Ruby Baker.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Baker; 2 sons: James Benton and Bryan Phillips; 5 daughters: Kourtney (Darryl) Ludwig, and Kiley, Karol, Kayla, and Katie Baker; 4 brothers: Paul, David, Daniel, and Timothy Baker; 1 sister: Ruth Molina; and Mother #2: Pat Curtis.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 sister, Rosemary Davis, Carol Price and Betty Meeks.

Visitation will be on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home-Salem Chapel. A private graveside service will follow.
