Jimmie Edward Stines

Jimmie Edward Stines, age 64, of Salem, Indiana, passed away August 31, 2013 at the St. Vincent Salem Hospital. Born on April 20, 1949 in Appalachia, Virginia, he was the son of Willie E. Stines and Nellie Miller Stines. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran. He was a Self-Employed General Contractor and Brick Layer. Survivors include: 2 daughters, Tonya Wade of Salem and Andrea Blanton of Mitchell; 1 brother, Daniel R. Stines of Salem; 1 sister, Mary Alhgren of North Dakota; 5 grandchildren. Preceded in death by: parents; wife, Linda Gayle Stines. There will be a Graveside Service at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden with Full Military Honors.
