Jerry White Sr.

Jerry White Sr., age 69, of Salem, passed away May 3, 2014 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center, Clarksville. Born on April 2, 1945 in Corbin, Kentucky, he was the son of William Ballard White and Cleo (Steely) White. He was a retired truck driver. He was a member of the Cornerstone Church in Campbellsburg. Survivors include: wife, Patricia (Leeds) White; 2 sons, Jerry White Jr. and Kerry Lee White; 2 daughters, Anne Marie White and Lisa Diane Kindrick; 1 brother, Eddie White; 4 sisters, Betty Carroll, Annette White, Brenda White, and Bobbie Chism; 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Preceded in death by: his first wife, Janice White. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Monday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem.
