Jeffrey Alan Neeley, age 49, of Salem, Indiana passed away on April 2, 2015 at his residence. He was born on September 5, 1965 to Richard and Delores Sullivan Neeley, both survive. Jeffrey was a member of the Pekin United Methodist Church. He is also survived by his wife, Teresa Robinson Neeley; children Chelsea Neeley, Scott Hall and Samantha Hall; 4 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Richard Lee and Anthony Neeley. The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM Saturday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 9:00 AM until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
