Jake R. Byler

Jake R. Byler, 39, of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his residence.  Born on November 12, 1985, he was the son of Reuben J. Byler and Delilah A. (Schwartz) Byler.

Jake is survived by his parents, Reuben J. Byler and Delilah A. Byler; his 4 brothers: Reuben R. Byler (Martha), Noah R. Byler (Lydia), John R. Byler (Elizabeth), and William R. Byler (Lovina); his 5 sisters: Delilah D. Schwartz (Joe), Rosie D. Wengerd (Andy), Bertha D. Girod (Ben), Susie D. Girod (Pete), and Annie D. Christner (Reuben); his grandmothers, Clara A. Girod, and Anna R. Schwartz; several aunts and uncles and 45 nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be on Thursday, March 13, and Friday, March 14 at his residence.  Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 15, at 9 a.m. at his residence, with burial to follow at Crossroad Amish Cemetery.
