Ivis "Pooh" Aaron Hughes

Ivis Aaron "Pooh" Hughes, age 80, of Salem, passed away May 11, 2014 at the Salem Crossings. Born on January 19, 1934, he was the son of the late Aaron Hughes and Genva (Brewer) Hughes. He was a retired farm hand. Survivors include: 2 caregivers, Sharon Walker and Pam Ratts both of Salem. Preceded in death by: 5 brothers and 3 sisters. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 AM until time of service.
