Isabella Josaphina Lewellen Goodhue, infant, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on February 19, 2015 at the Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville. She was born on February 14, 2015 in Louisville, Kentucky. Survivors include: parents, Brandon David Goodhue and Abby Rose Lewellen; brother, Judah Lewellen; sister, Alexa Goodhue; grandfather, Mike Lewellen; 2 grandmothers, Michelle McLean and Denise Schocke; 5 aunts, Ashley Parish, Ashlee Kniesly, Amber Elliott, Kylie Lewellen and Emily Schocke; uncle, Austin Smith. The memorial service will be at 6:00 PM Friday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Visitation will be from 1-6 PM Friday at the funeral home. Brother Jerry Goodwin will officiate.
