Hazel Blair, age 93, formally of Salem, passed away on October 20, 2010 at the Batavia Nursing Care Center in Batavia, Ohio. Born on November 21, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Margaret Parratt Taylor. She was a retired nurse after 27 years of service. Preceded in death by her husband Arnie Blair. There will be no services, a direct burial was chosen. Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
