Gary Jones

Gary Jones, age 59, of Salem, passed away at his residence on Monday, September 25, 2023.  Born on August 2, 1964, he was the son of Anita Lee Lessig.

On March 9, 1999, he married Jana (Elliott) Jones, who survives.

Gary was employed at Walmart in Salem.

Gary is survived by his wife, Jana Jones; mother, Anita Lessig; 3 nieces: Brooklyn Graham, Haley Brishaber, and Heaven Elliott; 1 nephew, Jordan Elliott; 3 great-nieces: Josie Dale Keltner, Ella and Charlee Gay; and 1 great-nephew, Waylon Keltner.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Jim Lessig, and sister, Julie Wells.

Direct cremation was chosen.  Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
