Frances Rosa Ray

Frances Rosa Ray age 78 of Campbellsburg, Indiana passed away Sunday June 6, 2010 at her residence. Born on February 10, 1932, she was the daughter of the late John Leo Williams and Ruth Irene Hunt Williams. She was a homemaker and a Marine Corp. Veteran. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post #6636 and the Ladies Auxillary, Patton-Chastain American Legion Post, American Legion Post #195 of Campbellsburg, Graduate of Campbellsburg High School in 1950, and a member of the Salem Chapter Order of the Eastern Star #286. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Campbellsburg. Survivors include; 1 sister, Ruth Ann Thompson of Salem; 1 niece, Valorie Bateman of Salem; 1 nephew, John Thompson of Salem; 1 great nephew, Chris Newlin of Salem. Preceded in death by parents, 1 sister, 1 nephew. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Thursday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Wednesday with an Eastern Star Service at 7:30 PM, and after 9:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Brother Mike Williams will officiate.
