Emil E. Stark

Emil E. Stark age 69, of Borden, Indiana passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 12:10 am in Kindred Hospital of Louisville. Born on March 15, 1941 in Linton, Indiana, he was the son of the late Emil E. Stark Sr. and WilmaDean Marcella (Watson) Stark. Married on June 6, 1964 to Carolyn Lee (Sellers) Stark, she precedes him in death. He was retired from Brown Forum of Louisville and Borden Tri County Water Department. He was active in several Historical Societies in Southern Indiana. Survivors include three sons, Emil E. (Heather) Stark III of Cincinnati, OH, Jeremiah R. Stark of Borden, Indiana and Greg (Christine) Stark of Louisville, Kentucky; two daughters, Leslie R. (Chris) Gertin of Borden, Indiana and Robin Stark of Whitesville, Kentucky; one sister, Barbara Bower of Oklahoma; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm Monday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm Monday until time of service at the funeral home in Borden. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery. Bro. Mark Stewart will officiate.
