Emari Grace Cheatham

Emari Grace Cheatham, age 12, of Borden, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026. Born October 30, 2013, she was the daughter of LaTosha Cheatham (AJ Jackson) and Joshua Lee Cheatham (Jessica Guetig). 

Emari was a 6th grade student at Borden. She had so much love to give and was known for her kind spirit and big heart. She loved Jesus deeply, cherished her family, and had a special love for all animals.

Emari is survived by her parents; 2 brothers: Kasen Cheatham and Jacob Jackson; 1 sister: Kaylee Cheatham; grandparents: Ramie and Michael Hurst, Jeff Heathcock and Vickie Lapard, Keith and Ladonna Jackson, Sharon Powers, Denny Cheatham, and Jeff Martin; 3 uncles: Joe Heathcock, Brayden Barron, and Logan Fultz; 3 aunts: Cassidy and Mekessa Jackson and Jessica Green; 1 niece: Miley Cheatham; and 7 cousins: Parker and Myles Heathcock, Cody and Chaylee Green, Eliodie Green, Camissa Fultz, and Kamryn Shell.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Chapel & Celebration Center, 1500 E. RC Morris Drive Salem, Indiana 47167 with Rodney Wineinger officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at Cornerstone. Burial to follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden.
