Elsie I. Stewart

Elsie Irene Stewart age 66, of Borden, passed away 11:00 PM on Sunday December 26, 2010 at her residence. Born on July 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Norris Bodine Voyles and Hazel G. (Blankenbaker) Voyles. She married July 3, 1987 to Barry Lee Stewart, who survives. She was a retired Banker. She was a member of the Borden Church of Christ. Other survivors include; one son, Stephen Keith (Jeanine) Jordan of Illinois; one sister, Joan (Jim) Dethy of Borden; two grandchildren Hannah and Megan Jordan both of Illinois. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Borden Church of Christ. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Wednesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden and after 9:00 AM Thursday at the church. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden. Brother Scott Reeder will officiate.
