Doris Martin, age 87, of Salem passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Meadow View Health and Rehab. Born November 20, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Guss McIntyre and Georgie McIntyre.
Doris was formerly employed at Kimball International of Borden and BF Goodrich.
She is survived by her son, Kenny Smallwood, and 4 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alford Martin, husband, Clarence Smallwood, Jr.; 2 daughters and 1 son.
A graveside service will be held Friday, August 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Kay's Chapel Cemetery in Fredericksburg.
Hughes-Taylor was entrusted with funeral care.
