Donna J. Smith, age 76, of Campbellsburg, Indiana, passed away on November 11, 2015 at her residence. Born on April 10, 1939 in Campbellsburg, she was the daughter of the late Carl Malloy Johnson and Ethel (Walton) Johnson. Survivors include: 2 brothers, Brad (Trudy) Johnson of Canton, and Carl (Teresa) Johnson of Campbellsburg; 3 sisters, Rita Yeamans of Idaho, Jessie Shelton of Salem, and Della Lewis of Columbus, Indiana. Preceded in death by: parents, husband Johnny Sadler; daughter, Jackie Diane Sadler; 3 brothers, Steven D. Johnson, Alvin B. Johnson, and Arthur B. Johnson; sister, Blenda Smith. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Monday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
