Wendell “Dewayne” Hasty, age 66, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his home in Brodhead, Kentucky. Born May 17, 1957 in Bedford, Indiana he was the son of the late Wendell and Juanita Hasty.
Dewayne is survived by 3 children: Amber Annette Hasty-Beverly, John Robert Hasty, and Matthew Wayne Hasty; 1 brother: Robert Hasty; 1 sister: Deborah Mitchell; and 2 grandchildren: Clarissa Beverly and Scarlette Beverly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell and Juanita Hasty.
A graveside service will be held Monday, November 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Hop Cemetery in Campbellsburg with Jim Lowe officiating.
Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
